Fully Refundable
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival.
- Cancellation Terms:
- If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged 100% of the entire stay.
- If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, you will be charged 100% of the first night’s price.
- No-shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total price of the reservation.
Non-Refundable
- Cancellation Window: Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.
- Cancellation Terms: If you cancel or modify your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.
Partially Refundable
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your reservation up to 5 days before arrival for a partial refund.
- Cancellation Terms:
- If you cancel up to 5 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the entire stay.
- If you cancel up to 4 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the first night’s price.
- No-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reservation.
Important Notes:
- No-shows will always incur a cancellation fee.
- The refund process may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your payment method.
